Who?

I’m Alex Perry, a journalism major at Medill. I’ve interned at community newspapers, freelanced a fair bit, and am on the advisory team for WSJ’s digital magazine, Noted. I’m also the Oxford comma’s biggest fan.

What?

A weekly newsletter that showcases the work of student journalists nationwide. Every newsletter has two stories from each section: news, features, opinions, sports, audio and broadcast. TK, the special section, is for pieces that fall outside of that umbrella.

When?

Every Friday! Pitches are taken on a rolling basis and the cut off is Wednesday of that week.
